• Air Separation plant design and construction: RCI will custom design any size gas or liquid production ASU to your requirements. We will develop equipment specifications, engineer the process, process control, electrical and instrumentation systems and provide all of the above. We can also provide supervision for plant construction, commissioning and operations training.
  

• Air Separation & CO2 plant relocation: RCI has been relocating plants for our entire history. We routinely dismantle and matchmark plants, transport equipment to various shops for refurbishment, transport and reinstall the components at a new location. Typically, new control systems are designed and installed to modernize operations.
  

• Plant Start Up: Ranch has some of the most experienced start up personnel in the industry. Our techs have seen it all!
  
  

• Plant Troubleshooting: Years of operations and start up experience uniquely qualifies RCI techs for trouble shooting process, instrumentation and mechanical issues.
  

• Control and Analyzer Panel Fabrication: RCI has been very successfully constructing our own panels for our new plant and relocation projects for several years.
